An exceptionally elegant wall mounted Mahogany framed Billiard marker by Gillows of London & Lancaster circa 1820.   Beautifully constructed of the finest mahogany with gilded lettering and ebony inlay this marker is one of the earliest we have ever seen.   Gillows made very few billiard tables or accessories and only ever as important commissions for landed gentry and the aristocracy.
