Restoration

We only use traditional methods of restoration, and we only use Handmade English products . More and more companies are using spray lacquers which destroys the integrity and hides the beauty of the timber. Where we are unable to conserve or repair worn out nets and leathers we only replace with hand knotted nets and tooled leather from the UK, rather than importing cheaper products. We always use NR professional English rubbers from Nottingham and Strachan 100% wool cloth from Gloucestershire when refurbishing the cushions and bed cloth.
