A stunning full size billiard table by Burroughes & Watts of London circa 1870, made from a rare cut of "ripple olive ash".
Standing on eight elegant turned octagonal legs , with arched pediments the cushions with applied bosses, the original makers badge remains intact.
The table is in untouched Country House condition having just been removed from Murthly Castle Perth, the table was commissioned for the Castle and the fact that is a ripple olive ash demonstrates its bespoke nature.
The images show the table installed at Murthly prior to its removal.
The cloth and rubbers will need replacing, the ash simply needs a light wax, this is included within the price.
All supporting a four piece slate bed.
