Antique billiard snooker pool table
This is without doubt the best 10ft x 5ft table we have seen in 20 years as specialist dealers.
Standing on six decorative legs supported by carved feet,the side rails are adorned with scroll brackets and beautifully detailed bosses which repeat along the cushion edges.
All of the fixings are hidden by recessed rectangular panels which slot into a frame just above the the leg, there is also a hidden thread at the base of every foot which allows the table to be levelled with ease.
The table bears an original label which says "Manufacturer to His Majesty"we can assume this is King William IV as he was the last King before Queen Victoria's reign,this dates the table to 1830 -1837.
