A very well made 9ft x 4.5ft mahogany framed billiard or snooker table by THE ORIGINAL Burroughes & Watts of London circa 1890.
Standing on six turned decorative legs with scroll work to the side frame ,the cushions and leg blocks with applied bosses, supporting an original 3 piece slate bed.
The cushion rubbers will be refurbished with NR Professional English rubbers and the cloth on the slate bed and cushions is Superior 'Strachan' English cloth as used by the World Snooker Association.
Burroughes & Watts were founded in 1836 and were considered one of the top three billiard and snooker table manufacturers in the United Kingdom
They ceased trading in 1967.
