A revolving billiard snooker or pool cue carousel stand or rack by John Thurston of London, circa 1860, a decorative carved finial above a flat shaped top with ebony brass sprung cue clips, connected to the gadrooned turntable base with a tubular brass upright, all standing on three out swept feet with brass castors.
