The shaped, paneled legs of this handsome full size 12ft x 6ft solid oak antique billiard tor snooker able are adorned with pendant husks hanging from an acanthus leaf, the sturdy side frame is decorated with a beaded edge and a vitruvian scroll border while the cushion friezes are embellished with a continuous band of crisply carved acanthus.
The table retains it original five piece 2 inch slate bed.
The makers plaque is subtly concealed behind one of the sliding panels adjoining the cushion frieze.
